Your calendar shows your local time. All the sessions are based on your timezone. So, you don’t have to worry about coordinating your time with your teacher. You also can choose your timezone in your profile or on your calendar.

In zunuzi.com you can find tutors who are online and ready to start the session within one hour to assist you with your assignment, research, exams, resume, speech, etc.

Zunuzi.com’s platform provides a very easy and effective messaging system that can be used between tutors and students after the payment is confirmed.

• All lessons are taught on Zunuzi.com’s Digital Whiteboard.
• All messaging, file sharing, payments, teaching, etc. between student and teacher must go through Zunuzi.com’s digital whiteboard.
• Zunuzi.com’s internal messaging system could be used to communicate during non-session time.
• Using your personal email, Skype, Facebook, WhatsApp, Wechat, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social media sites is not permitted.
• No promotion of personal websites/services is allowed.
• Zunuzi.com is trying to protect your rights and privacy, but we cannot protect you beyond the Zunuzi.com platform.
• Off-site payment: Our Escrow system is preventing payment fraud and ensuring teachers get paid after they deliver the session. We cannot prevent you from if students tell you they can pay you directly. Accepting off-site payments also reduces your rating and commission rate. Accepting off-site payment can result in getting banned from Zunuzi.com.

Students have recourse that ensures they get the tutoring sessions and tutors have protection to ensure they receive payment for their efforts. The tutor can with absolute confidence start tutoring.

Students are protected knowing their credits are securely held in Escrow and will only be released to the tutor when online tutoring is delivered.

Zunuzi.com’s Escrow helps and protects students’ and tutors’ credits (money) safely and securely. 

You can cancel your session if there are more than 24 hours before the lesson time begins. To cancel your session, go to your calendar and click on the session that you wish to cancel and follow the steps. To re-schedule, you need to cancel the session and schedule another session. Note: you need to reschedule 24 hours in advance.

Zunuzi.com will notify both the student and tutor, updates the finance pages and calendars. 

Note: it is not possible to cancel the lesson if there is less than 24 hours before the lesson.

• If a student doesn't show up to the session, it is considered a full complete session. Tutor gets paid.
• If the tutor doesn’t show up to the session, the fee (credits) will be deducted. The student may give negative feedback.

If you wish to cancel your session(s) Zunuzi.com transfers 100% of the points/credits that are kept in “Escrow Balance” to your “Available Balance”. You can use these points/credits to book sessions with the same or different teacher.

Points/Credits cannot be refunded (cash) to your original form of payment.

To save more money, you can purchase more sessions from your tutor. If you are happy after your initial sessions with your new tutor, you could save money by booking more sessions.

A student or parent may purchase as many lessons as you wish. 

Go to “Search for Tutor” to access the Search page. You can customize your search by using a number of filters and sorting options. Check out the tutors’ profiles and videos. Choose a tutor that you like based on your needs and budget. Then go to the tutor's calendar and select the time slots. (Note: tutors calendar is displayed based on your time-zone. You don’t have to worry about the time-zone difference between tutors and student locations.)

After your payment (credits/points) is confirmed we will notify the tutor. You will be informed within 24 hrs if the tutor accepted or declined your request. If your request was declined the credits will be put back to your Total Balance.

We will email you reminders for your upcoming sessions. You can also have notifications on your browser to remind you. You will receive the notification from Zunuzi.com only as long as your browser is open. We support all major browsers.

To save more money, you can purchase more sessions from your tutor. If you are happy after your initial sessions with your new tutor, you could save money by booking more sessions.  

Go to the Instant Tutoring page. Search for a tutor based on your requirement (use the filters for better search). When you find a suitable tutor, press the ‘Hire’ button. Book a session based on available time slots. When the tutor accepts your instant tutoring request you will receive a push notification as well as an email confirmation and email notification. Now you have to pay for your session. Go to the shopping cart page and pay for your session. We will inform you if the teacher declines your request and you can look for other teachers.  

After you choose a tutor from the search display → click on ‘Hire’ → tutors’ calendar is displayed (based on your timezone) → available time slots are in green → select as many sessions as you need for your learning → go to your shopping cart and verify and confirm → go to the payment page. Your booking request will be sent to the tutor. Zunuzi.com will email you if the tutor has accepted or declined your request. Credits will be returned to your balance if the tutor declines your request.  The tutor’s hourly rates are shown above the calendar. The rates are based on 1hr-10hrs, 11hrs-20hrs, etc. For example, if you book 4 sessions (5 hrs) with a tutor, the hourly rate falls under the 1hr-10hrs package, if you book 12 sessions (12 hrs) with a tutor the hourly rate falls under the 11hrs-20hrs package.
