In Zunuzi.com Escrow is Safe and Secure. The credits that student purchases ($1 = 1 credit) will show in his/her Total Balance to be used to book tutoring sessions.

After the student finds-books-pays for the sessions, we inform the tutor that payment is confirmed and secured. The Credits for those lessons are deducted from the student’s Available Balance, but it is not deducted from the Total Balance until the session has been completed. They are kept in Escrow Balance. Once the tutoring session is complete the escrow (credits/points) is transferred to the tutor’s account.

The points/credits are kept in Escrow.

Students have recourse that ensures they get the tutoring sessions and tutors have protection to ensure they receive payment for their efforts. A tutor can with absolute confidence start tutoring.

Students are protected knowing their credits are securely held in Escrow and will only be released to the tutor when online tutoring is delivered.

Zunuzi Escrow helps and protects students’ and tutors’ credits/points (money) safely and securely.

The credits will go back to the student’s Total Balance if the teacher or student cancels the session. (please see ‘How and when I can Cancel the sessions’, ‘Refund policy’).
